Summary :(1)Rocky Balboa is a struggling boxer trying to make the big time. Working in a meat factory in Philadelphia for a pittance, he also earns extra cash as a debt collector. When heavyweight champion Apollo Creed visits Philadelphia, his managers want to set up an exhibition match between Creed and a struggling boxer, touting the fight as a chance for a "nobody" to become a "somebody". The match is supposed to be easily won by Creed, but someone forgot to tell Rocky, who sees this as his only shot at the big time.
(2)Rocky Balboa is a little-known boxer who was given a shot at the heavyweight champ, Apollo Creed. Having done much better than anyone expected, Creed demands a rematch, embarrassed by his inability to dominate the "amateur" Balboa.
(3)oxer Rocky Balboa enjoys the wealth he has as world-champion. He only fights against easy opponents. Then he is challenged by the arrogant Clubber Lang. Rocky accepts the challenge to proove once more that there is only one world-champion. But Lang wins and becomes the new champion. Nobody believes in Rocky anymore, except one man: former world-champion Appolo Creed. And Creed tries to the stimulate his fighting spirit and get Rocky back in top-form.
(4)ocky Balboa, heavyweight champion of the world, is the trainer for Apollo Creed in an exhibition match against Ivan Drago, a "superman" boxer from the Soviet Union. When Apollo is killed in the ring by the brutal Drago, Balboa blames himself and promises to avenge his friend's death in the ring.
(5)Rocky Balboa is forced to retire after having permanent damage inflicted on him in the ring by the Russian boxer Ivan Drago. Returning home after the Drago bout, Balboa discovers that the fortune that he had acquired as heavyweight champ has been stolen and lost on the stockmarket by his accountant. His boxing days over, Rocky begins to coach an up-and-coming fighter named Tommy Gunn. Rocky cannot compete, however, with the high salaraies and glittering prizes being offered to Gunn by other managers in town.
(6)When he loses a highly publicized virtual boxing match to ex-champ Rocky Balboa, reigning heavyweight titleholder Mason Dixon retaliates by challenging the Itallian Stallion to a nationally televised, 10-round exhibition bout. To the surprise of his son and friends, Rocky agrees to come out of retirement and face an opponent who's faster, stronger and thirty years his junior. With the odds stacked firmly against him, Rocky takes on Dixon in what will become the greatest fight in boxing history, a hard-hitting, action-packed battle of the ages.

Review : 我覺得每個認真的創作者，一生之中都至少會有一件代表作。這裡所說的“代表作“不一定就是他最膾炙人口的作品，但卻會是與他的生命或是思想、理念最緊密結合的作品。我想，“洛基 Rocky“系列可以說是席維斯史特龍的代表作，不只是因為他跨越30年的歲月演出這部電影，並且由第一集起包辦劇本甚至執導。更重要的是，我認為他希望藉著這個故事，表達某些他真正相信的價值與想法。
從第一集的崛起、第二集的成功、第三集的盛極而衰但又再起、第四集的戰場已不僅是個人榮辱甚至還牽涉到國家意識、第五集回歸平實以至第六集的英雄遲暮但仍奮力一擊。其間的歷程除了可以看到主角洛基的一生浮沈之外，也可以感受到在不同階段裡史特龍對於自身與當下環境的體會。你可以說“洛基“裡有太濃的戲劇性與個人英雄主義成份，似乎想簡單的告訴我們只要有著堅強意志任何挑戰都有機會克服，但是真實的人生經常不一定是這樣的。不過我覺得戲劇本來就不該只是真實的鏡像，“戲劇性“是不可或缺的。當看著主角在挑戰屬於他的命運的同時，我們也能夠因為這“戲劇性“的刺激，而產生情感上的反應甚至轉化我們對於某些事情的想法。
另一個我很喜歡的段落是，洛基以超過50歲的“高齡“打算復出，而且復出賽就是單挑有連續33場不敗記錄的當今拳王，他的兒子受不了身邊的人指指點點，跑去問洛基為什麼還要不自量力的去挑戰，以及抱怨洛基不懂他一直活在“洛基之子“的陰影之下的感受，洛基看著氣沖沖質問他的兒子，說了下面這段話“你知道嗎？你剛出生的時候只有這麼一點大，我看著你，說“這個孩子將來一定是這世界上最棒的小孩“。而你果然真的成長的很好，我光是可以看著你長大就已經算是一種特權了。出了社會之後你也很努力，有很好的發展。但是現在你變了，開始讓人家指著你說你沒用你也不敢反抗。然後，你指著他，或她，或他，說“都是你害我的人生變成這樣“。你知道嗎？什麼樣的打擊都比不上人生裡可能遭遇的重擊，你必須挺直腰全神應變，因為你只要一放鬆，轉眼就有可能被打得倒地不起。在拳擊場上，真正厲害的不是你可以擊出多少重拳，而是你能夠捱的起多少重拳而能再站起來，因為只有這樣你接下來才有機會能贏啊！你是我的兒子，我的骨肉，我永遠愛你。但是除非你自己去面對你的人生，你才能夠真正的走出自己的路而不後悔 “。而最後洛基被拳王打得單膝跪地，他想著“你是怎麼跟兒子說的？“重要的不是能擊出多少拳，而是捱多少拳還站的起來“，現在就看看你自己講的話你做不做的到了“，於是又咬牙起身終於撐完最後一回合沒有倒下，漂亮的打完了比賽。
與其憤世忌俗的去用所謂的“合理性“去檢視這部電影，不如試著去聽聽自己心底的聲音—在面對有些艱難的人生時，想不想也擁有這樣的勇氣？在面對生命裡的風浪甚至打擊時，想不想也擁有再次站起來的決心？如果是，那麼就讓自己試著去“相信“，相信的確有人做的到，也相信我們自己做的到。
